At Coastal Vibes Coffee Co., each order is meticulously crafted after purchase by our roasters. Our labels are printed on demand, and our coffee is freshly batched and roasted daily. Orders are promptly processed upon payment confirmation, with changes accommodated if promptly notified.

Orders in our queue are diligently processed every business day, ensuring swift delivery. We select the best shipping method for each unique order, partnering with USPS, UPS, and FedEx for reliable delivery. The order to ship time is generally 2-5 business days. Ship to delivery is generally 1-5 business days. The result is coffee arriving to your door right at the peak of flavor.

Regrettably, expedited shipping is unavailable, as we prioritize freshness over speed. International shipping is an option, yet please anticipate delays and note that customs fees are not included in the billed amount.

Bulk and wholesale orders are sold Ex-Warehouse. Once your order leaves our facility, you assume responsibility. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we strive to deliver the freshest coffee to your doorstep.
